In some cases, customers have customized firewall configurations that make it difficult for them to communicate with DATAFEED using an Internet connection. In this case, you may need to make the following changes to retrieve data from DATAFEED:
SETPAR File - Open the SETPAR file. Choose TCP/IP (Internet) and select the Advanced button. Change the Host Name to Your firewall.com:3437, where Your firewall.com is your firewall host name. 3437 is the port number. Both entries, together, comprise the location where your proxy is set.
Firewall Proxy - Have the Network Administrator in your organization set up a proxy on the firewall with the Your firewall.com:3437 configuration.
